Francis Aguilera was born in Catalonia, where he acquired a taste for nature, both of land and sea.

In combining the Catalan delicacies with the products from the Quercy in Tarn et Garonne, Francis Aguilera has a preference for foie gras and cherries.

Apple and smoked duck breast pies, fried foie gras with Morello cherries… The chef’s à la carte proposes only high quality products, served in a restful and leafy setting. The château of Saint Marcel, formerly abandoned and today renovated by Francis and Catherine Aguilera, welcomes you in the former stables, now renovated, overlooking a vast wooded park.

Francis Aguilera proposes his specialties with the green foothills of the Quercy for a background.
